Three ocean days are led by a world-class team, of real locals who have a huge knowledge base on the local area as well as the in water activities including a high-performance breath work coach, a highly experienced freedive instructor trainer, and a yoga instructor.

Breath Work and Preparation

We’ll start by working on breath work and yoga to condition your breathing muscles. Practising advanced breathing techniques and go on a guided “breath hold journey.” Stretching specifically for freediving will help prepare your body.

Line Diving 

- Practice line diving to strengthen equalisation techniques, depth comfort, and mind/body control.

- Review safety protocols and rescue skills.

- Play with depth

Wildlife Encounters

- Explore the Northlands marine reserves like Deepwater Cove and the Poor Knights Islands.
