Time: 8 AM - 3:30 PM

Location: Bay of Islands, Poor Knights Islands, Cavalli Islands or from a shore location (weather dependant)

No experience is needed! Perfect for snorkelers eager to explore beneath the surface. Join a small group of up to 6 for personalised attention and a fun day out.

Course Highlights:

• Learn freediving essentials: safety, physics, and physiology.
• Master proper equalisation techniques
• Practice relaxation and breathwork.
• Enhance breath-holding abilities
• Dive into a 2-hour ocean session for skill practice.
• Max depth: 9 meters (flexible based on comfort) ⚓
