The course includes dry and water-based drills covering enhanced recovery, functional breathing, stress control tools, and more. Suitable for individuals of all skill levels and backgrounds.
Course Overview:
Ocean Resilience Course is New Zealand’s premier breath-hold course for surfers and aquatic athletes. Led by a seasoned Survival Apnea instructor an avid surfer, highly trained freedive instructor, and high-performance fitness and breath work coach, this course focuses on essential skills for intense underwater situations and high-stress events.
