Terms and Conditions for Niue Whale Adventure

Welcome to Freedive Aotearoa's exclusive Niue Whale Adventure! We're thrilled you're considering joining us for this unforgettable experience. Below are the terms and conditions for our booking and payment process, including details on our Early bird special and standard pricing. Please read carefully to ensure you understand the commitment and process involved in securing your spot on this adventure.

Standard Pricing

• Price: $6,500 NZD per person.
• Deposit: A deposit of $1,200 NZD is required to secure your booking.
• Monthly Instalments: Following the deposit, monthly instalments of $1,060 NZD are due on the 1st of April, May, June, July, and the final payment by August 1st.

Deposit and Payments:

• The $1,200 NZD deposit is mandatory to confirm your booking. If you book onto the trip but are not able to make it due to any reason, we can move your spot to the following year 2025, OR refund you once we have rebooked your spot.
• Payments made beyond the deposit can only be refunded if cancellation occurs before the end of May. After this date, payments are non-refundable unless we can fill your spot with another participant.
• All payments must be completed by August 1st to ensure your participation in the trip. Failure to complete payments may result in the loss of your spot on the adventure, with the deposit and instillments being non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made before the end of May will result in the loss of the deposit only. Any additional payments made will be refunded.
• Cancellations made after May are subject to our ability to rebook your spot. If we can fill your spot, we will refund all payments except the deposit. If we cannot fill your spot, no refunds will be provided.

Additional Information:

• Prices are based on per-person occupancy, and participants will be sharing accommodation.
• The adventure includes various activities and cultural experiences as outlined in our promotional materials. However, the itinerary may be subject to change due to weather, availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

By making your deposit, you agree to these terms and conditions, acknowledging your commitment to participate in Freedive Aotearoa's Niue Whale Adventure and your understanding of the payment and cancellation policies.
