PADI BASIC FREEDIVE COURSE: Pool Session

1. Embark on a journey of discovery and self-mastery as you delve into the art of free-diving. Begin your course with our e-learning module, allowing you to prepare at your own pace. 

2. You'll find yourself in the comfort of a pool environment, guided by our experienced instructors. Covering the fundamentals, you'll gain a solid grasp of essential techniques. This isn't just training—it's the foundation for a transformative experience. The most important part of the freediving journey.

• Location: Whangārei Aquatic Centre
• Time: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Essentials to Bring Along:

• Light Wetsuit (Surf wetsuits are perfect!)
• Fins
• Weight Belt
• Snorkel & Mask
• Hydration: Water
• Snacks for energy replenishment
• Two Towels (Extra for sauna enthusiasts)

The session concludes between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Gear rental options are available.
